Li-Hsing Campus is one of the newly acquired campuses. It borders Kuang-Fu Campus and Cheng-Hsing Campus. The school’s current development is closely related to the development of Li-Hsing Campus. The campus was originally the site of an Imperial Japanese Army medical facility, which was designated as a municipal historic site in 2003. The campus was covered in weeds, but was restored after the municipal historic site designation, giving it a lot of development potential. The facility now houses the Taiwanese Literature Department. The campus has a large area of undeveloped land, so the school has chosen it as the site for many new buildings, such as the College of Social Sciences, the Magic School of Green Technologies, and the Semiconductor Research Center, that can benefit from the association with the former Japanese military medical facility.
