NCKU’s College of Medicine was established in August 1983, and was the first medical school in Taiwan to be located on the campus of a comprehensive university. Compared to other medical schools, its faculty and course arrangements are more diverse and students can fully participate in the plentiful and varied club activities offered by a comprehensive university. In addition to imparting professional knowledge and skills, it is also a medical school that emphasizes humanistic cultivation and artistic edification.
