Named in memory of the former President, Mr. Yun-Ping Luo. Yun-Ping Building is the administrative center point of NCKU and an important public location where all faculties and students of the university could have the opportunity to access freely. It presents a neat and steady campus style after the space transformation in each department.
In order to provide support for the faculties and students in terms of teaching and learning, all the main administrative departments are located within the building to device the future institutional development direction.
以紀念前校長—羅雲平先生而命名，雲平大樓為成大之行政中心，亦是全校師生皆有機會進出的重要公共空間。各處室空間經由空間改造後，呈現符合校園意象簡潔、穩重之風格。
為提供全校師生在教學與學習上的支持，雲平大樓內設有主要行政單位，研擬未來學校發展方向。
